With over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors, Jane has worked within the M.O.D., N.H.S., Customer and Financial Services.
During her career as a Senior Vice President for a major US Financial Company, Jane worked with junior and senior managers, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their ambitions and to maintain their focus on both personal and professional goals. Now she works with clients from a range of backgrounds. People who feel that they’re stuck in a rut, are stressed out or who lack confidence in themselves; professionals, home-makers, executives and career changers. Their background is unimportant, however what is important is that they all have a common desire - to move forward, be successful and take control of their lives.
Jane offers a range of personal and business services on a one-to-one basis or within workshops, utilising her wide range of skills and experience to maintain focus on her clients’ goals and aspirations. She has a passion for people and for making a difference and she enables her clients to realise their potential, providing them with the support, encouragement and motivation to turn their dreams into goals and their goals into reality.
